Katie Dahlman is passionate about helping students become creative thinkers! Her goal is to hold students to high expectations and help students achieve those high expectations. Creativity helps balance out the overall educational experience and creates critical and creative thinkers. Both qualities that employers and colleges value.

Mrs. Dahlman attended Northern Michigan University, pursuing a degree in Art and Design Education, with a minor concentration in Ceramics. While attending NMU, Mrs. Dahlman received several scholarships and awards related to her high academic achievement and success as an artist. In April of 2009 she received the Best of Show award for her ceramics display in the Devos Art Museum. In December of 2009 she was recognized as the Art and Design outstanding graduating senior.

Mrs. Dahlman also enjoys the outdoors. Some of her favorite things to do are camp, hike, and swim. She loves spending time with friends and family! She has spend most of her summer with her twin girls, hanging out with friends and family, and volunteering at a nearby Bible Camp.
