Field Events
Long Jump: Sprint for 20-30 yards and jump as far as you can into a pit of sand
High Jump: Sprint for 20 feet and jump over a bar off of one foot onto a mat
Pole Vault: Sprint for 20-30 yards with a large pole, plant the pole in the box, and propel yourself over a bar
Shot Put: Throw a heavy ball as far as you can
